1. Unable to fetch Nifty FnO (Stock Future or Options ) series in Alice Blue Python API ?

Possible Errors:

Cannot find symbol NFO NIFTY in master contract

TypeError: descriptor 'date' requires a 'datetime.datetime' object but received a 'int'

None

Solutions :

Add Header File

import datetime

​

Use Below Format:

alice.get_instrument_for_fno(symbol = 'BANKNIFTY', expiry_date=datetime.date(2020 , 7 ,30), is_fut=True, strike=None, is_CE = False)
